Today, I want to reflect on how God has been so good to us. In spite of how bad it seems, it could be worse. James Fortune & FIYA has a song titled “It Could Be Worse.” It truly is a great song and yet a great reminder that we should be thankful in all things giving thanks unto God, not just for what He can do for us but also who He is and even how much He has blessed someone else you know.
The Bible teaches us to endure hardship as a good soldier, what that means is simply be thankful and take our eyes off the problem and focus on the PROBLEM-SOLVER, our Reedemer. God is listening, I know it seems like this problem just won’t end, trouble seems to be all around you, but I am reminded of my past victorious. THIS IS NOTHING NEW TO GOD, it may be new to you. Keep that in mind.
Also, our study life and prayer life is everything to us and we should thus treat it like that. Oftentimes, we tend to only go after God when we down and out, in trouble, a tight spot, no way out and YES God will come to our rescue…we tend to spend more time with Him until He answers then we go about our business, ignoring His calls to us for OBEDIENCE and living how we wish. We must treat our Savior better than we do.
I challenge you to spend more time with God, commune with Him. It is only then can we rejoice even in bad times, because we know God will work all things out for our good…those CALLED to His purpose. Lifestyle Change For the Better.
BE ENCOURAGED. In waiting, still praise, still worship, keep the same endurance as if He has already done what you asked!

In everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
