Daily Walking Towards Christ – 2/26/13

Have you ever read some of the acts of faith in The Bible where someone believed God for something and they received it based on their faith in Him?
Elijah the prophet prayed with so much faith and got what he requested. Abraham and Sarah did too. Even I have prayed for something and got a Yes response from God.  I’m sure you can testify to that but what if ee had more faith? What could we do? What miracles would take place? You develop faith in Him by reading His Word, finding out about His wonderous works. You gain faith by hearing the Word of God. Are in you position to hear from God? Is He
clear to you? I challenge us all to have more faith in Him, trusting that He can do what seems impossible, not fixable,  not changeable in our lives. He is very capable of doing what we ask. Trust and have faith.

1 Kings 17:22 GNBDK
The Lord answered Elijah’s prayer; the child started breathing again and revived.

Romans 10:17 KJV
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

James 5:17-18 GNBDK
Elijah was the same kind of person as we are. He prayed earnestly that there would be no rain, and no rain fell on the land for three and a half years.Once again he prayed, and the sky poured out its rain and the earth produced its crops.
